Rehearsals for the Spring 2010 semester begin on February 20. But you can still join at any time. Rehearsals are held on Saturday mornings from 9:30 AM - 12:15 PM in
Room MT-13.

Music 48 (Symphony Orchestra) is a 1 unit class and enrollment fees are minimal. Some scholarships may be available.
A short audition is required for all new members. An orchestral excerpt and short solo piece are recommended and possible sight reading. If you have any questions about repertoire and to schedule an audition time, contact Joseph Ordaz at

A native of Seoul, Korea, Ms. Lee began studying violin at age 7 and continued her studes at Ye-Won School and Seoul Arts High School. After cpmpleting her degree at Korean Naitonal University of Arts and Music and at Indiana University, Ms. Llee earned her D.M.A. degree at the Univ. of Maryland. As a winner of the special presentation series by Artists International in 2006, she debuted in New York's Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall where her performance was described as "focused and pure" by the New York Concert Review. Ms. Lee has appeared as soloist with various orchestras including the Mission College Symphony. Ms. Lee is a member of Symphony Silicon Valley and an adjunct faculty member at Mission College and Oikos University.
